This pain you and your family are going through is multiplied through out the country, and people do die as a result. For many people, this is a cornerstone in realizing that this system, capitalism, is truely a horror.
All I can offer you is this: Use your life experiences to change the world. Hold onto your anger for when people say, "this is the best society, this is the best humans can do, we live in the best country in the world". Keep your outrage for those who tell you this is God's will, this is God's plan, just pray.
But always be good at learning, even hard lessons.
And, its okay to cry too. For everyone.
